It never fails, does it?
I met my brothers Girlfriend this weekend, and Mom invited them to come to dinner one of the nights I was here - and volunteered me to cook. That in itself, isn't necessarily bad, I enjoy cooking. However, those of you who know me, also know that I am a neurotic mess. I began my "freak out" once I realized, that I was cooking italian from scratch, and that her father is a CHEF.... and OWNED an Italian Restaurant.
Needless to say....... dinner bombed. Mostly becuase I completely second-guessed myself into a disaster
Hopefully, becuase I really like her..... this will keep working for them.....She is AMAZING! and they work so well together. It's nice to see your brothers with good women.
That, and it will give me time to redeem myself in the kitchen. Either that, or she can start cooking for family meals.... yummmy... that option has possibilities!
