This is the kind of image that I want to get of stuart. Not sure yet how I'm going to manage. This picture was taken at Crenda's suprise birthday party.

Stuart

I realized that there aren't many pictures of Stuart up on the blog, and then I realized that he is just really good at dodging the camera. So here is one of him, the most recent that I can find that shows how much he has grown. I'm going to have to get a little sneaky in the future and get more pictures of him.

It's Snowing!

Well, the snow has started, and we are enjoying it....... but let's see how we feel in a few weeks. Joseph went skiing down the sidewalk, and Stuart has built a snow fort with a friend, and been sledding down a great hill at the friends house. Here are a few pictures. To give you some perspective, the shovel is 18", and all you can see it about the top 3 inches. The snow drifts against the front of the house, so this morning the steps were completely buried.

anyway, I think we'll be buying a snow blower as soon as we can afford one. I'm going to go sew.

Outside

here is the front of the house. It faces southwest.
the big window is the stairway inside, and the other 2 are the library, upstairs, and the familyroom downstairs

here is the porch I've been talking about. It's about 4-5 feet deep and 15 feet long. totally coveredthis one is taken from the back corner of the property. it is 170 feet from where the grass is finished. You can kinda see it in the side picture. The windows, starting in the top left, and going clockwise - above the tub in Mbath, bay windows in MBEd Library, the the sliding glass doors, bay window in dining and kitchen. Under the kitchen window, you can barely see a black railing. That is the basements seperate entrance, down a 1/2 flight of stairs. the truck is parked in the RV parking on the left side of the image. There is a side door into the garage from the RV parking area

this is looking down the street to the south. It's a nice clean neighborhood

garage

looking down from the garage door
there is lots of room for the matrix, and the truck is good, but a little tight in length. Since it is leaking just a little oil, it's outside for now
freezer and fridge. and stairs into house. the matix is next to us, but not in the picture
lots of room up front, and the garbage cans are on the other side, in the garage. that gives you an idea of the width
here is the hallway to the garage. the door in the center is the garage. the door on the left is the pantry, and on the right is the 1/2 bath. (the bookcase is on that wall)

Kitchen

here is the kitchen. Even though it looks smaller, the square area of the counter top is a bit more here, but it looks smaller due to where the pantry was, so the floor area is smaller.

this is the 1/2 bath downstairs. it's in the hall from the garage
here is the laundry room. I still have shelving to get up, so that it is clean and organized, but my vacuum fits

from the living room, showing size and large back door
dining room
area for the hutch that I would like to get for my dishes at IKEA. You can also see the pantry door

Living Room

this looks straight to the back of the house

these windows line up with the 3 small ones above them in the vaulted images

Library and vaulted cieling

this is the 1/2 wall in the library. If we needed to it would be very easy to close it into a room.

this is looking straight up as you walk in the front door
now you've turned slightly to the left

here you are standing in the "doorway to the Library, looking straight ahead
the black chairs are below those windows, but way down

Master Bedroom

the master is identical to ours, only bigger. you can see the perspective by looking at the last image, with the distance from the bed to the wall. The picture is 40 inches wide

Master Bath

this is from the door in the master bathroom
here is the tub, as big as a jacuzzi, but it is just a plain tub
I am standing in the tub to take this pic.
the toilet is in a little room here, with a large window over it.
