Stuart's Latest Adventures

Spring time in Utah is an interesting phenomenon! It was 73 degrees up at the house, but there is still snow on the ground. Stuart and his friends we outside, 1/2 of them on one team, throwing snowballs, the other 1/2 on the other team with water guns! Talk about a clashing of modifiers! But they were having a great time. ( see the bottom image)

I was loving it as well. This winter has been hard... and the spring is very welcome. I had every window in the house open this afternoon, it was wonderful!!!!

The top image is from a road trip we took up to montana last weekend! Stu is standing on the continental Divide, and I have one more picture of Stu as we cross into a state that he has never been in. Montana is beautiful! the southern portion (south of Butte) looks like the road to Ukiah, and north of Butte looks like the foothills of the Sierra's. Missoula, where we went, reminded me ofAuburn. On the way out of town, we saw a cool train. It had 6 engines - and all of them were different - very different paint schemes - Stuart insisted that we take a picture, so as we are doing 70 on the freeway, next to the tracks, I've got the window open to take the picture (which came out pretty good considering) the Engineer saw, and waved at Stu and honked the horn, which thrilled Stuart to no end. For him, that was one of the best parts of the trip. I've added a couple of the train pic's because I know Dad will want to see them.
